There is Heaven. There is Earth and the Universe. There is a Hell. Then there is the Dreaming. It encloses Purgatory and several paradises, the extent of the Halospace, even Oblivion’s realm of Nyll (also known as the Outer Darkness). These are all of the Dreaming. But there are no gods there,
It is not as old as Eternity, neither is it the first or the last, but that which lasts till the end of days, when everyone awakes. Life and dreaming intersect, as we know, but as we also know, the Dreaming is not a forever place.
Woe to they who descend into the Nightmare and keep descending, out of the Dreaming into the depths of the fire.
And to those who are blessèd, and there are many, they awake fresh from their dreams of life and death to a light that does not die. And they never need sleep again.
