I’ve been thinking about what’s still going on in Israel, and of course I am quite sorry that it’s still going on. But seriously, I really don’t think that people in general are giving Israel a fair shake. First of all, in the 10/7 Hamas attack, approx. 1600 Israelis were killed, no? I was wondering about the Americans who have seemed to have forgotten when about 3000 people were killed on 9/11. So, we’re allowed to overreact (we bombed both Afghanistan and Iraq for some reason), but they are not?

So, there have been certain people who are saying that even victims of a genocide are not prevented from committing genocide? Here, to the Palestinians. And… I’m sorry, doesn’t the Palestinian thing from the river to the sea explicitly also call for a genocide against Israel, as well? Calling the kettle black, no, pot? Dude, from the viewpoint of a non-Jew, I feel as though calls against the reactions against Israel is disingenuous at best, and at the worst, forgetting that little slogan, “Never again”.

All I can say between the Muslims and the Jews is, aren’t you actually brothers? Sons of Ishmael, sons of Isaac? I dunno, I haven’t looked too far into this, but maybe the Jews have at least a little saved up reason to be a bit overly pissed off about things like this?

Anyway.
