I don’t remember if there was an exclamation after that little phrase there, above, in the title. Or supposed to be. That’s basically the first thing you write in code when you learn a specific language. And here is mine, for the language being “reality”’. Like in C, it’s like this:

Ah, now that I’ve looked it up, no. There was no exclamation point there. Life is like this, as I describe what I’m doing and that doing is the describing, assembling through the levels of metacross structures as you go—incremental, perhaps self-involved interactions. Vanity? Chasing after wind?

Or at least life looks on as things happen. You can’t really stop doing this least thing. That’s life.
